I have been a patient at ASAP for over a year for RLS and other conditions, but I met Dr. Go for the first time today. His warm, friendly manner put me at ease immediately. He was attentive and sympathetic while I described my symptoms, and subsequently suggested treatment options. When I said it was my preference to keep to my present treatment, he agreed at once and immediately filled out a new prescription. I appreciated his efficiency.
I am a patient in several practices at Virginia Hospital but this is the most important one because it affects the quality of my life. The medication I receive treats my physical symptoms. It also determines my attitude and my will to live. After seeing Dr. Go and picking up my new prescription, I am happy and eager for life. He has given me peace of mind.
I had a very early morning appointment. As I was leaving, I saw other patients arriving, all of them far more physically challenged than I. It requires a particular kind of commitment I think for a physician to choose to work with the most desperate cases. Dr. Raley, Kate Lyons, and Dr. Go all have that commitment.
Jordan, the PA, and the office staff, were also pleasant and efficient, and the woman who appeared to be in charge in the office was constantly helping everyone with procedures and technology whether doctor, employee, or patient, constantly and with great patience. I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name.
I went through difficulties after Dr. Raley left this location. For a while I was uncertain that I would receive the same care. Dr. Go has restored my confidence and I am happy and hopeful as I write this review. Thank you, Dr. Go.
